Grove Compass Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms describe the purpose of this website and the handling of procurement inquiries. Grove Compass Sourcing presents an independent sourcing service for business buyers of irrigation equipment. Website content and inquiry options are informational; submitting a form does not place an order or establish an accepted supplier quotation.

Requirements and supplier proposals

The buyer provides the intended application, specifications, quantity and destination. Mark provisional or unknown information clearly. A factory proposal must identify the actual configuration, commercial scope and supporting documents. Website product names are inquiry labels and do not represent stock, price, certification or confirmed availability.

Any purchasing decision requires review of the supplier's written offer. Confirm the duty point, operating conditions, power and control interfaces, materials, accessories, packing, spare parts and installation responsibility. Drawings, sample review, testing or inspection need an agreed scope and acceptance method before they are treated as procurement evidence.

Role and responsibility

This service provides independent procurement support. Manufacturing, product warranty and technical declarations remain with the identified supplier under the final agreement. Project design, local electrical work, site installation and operational acceptance require the responsible parties to confirm their own scope.

Any additional sourcing, inspection, freight coordination or commissioning assistance must be confirmed separately, including fees and exclusions. Optional budget and supplier preference help organize a comparison; they are not an accepted price or a verified supplier rating. A submitted delivery target is not a factory or carrier commitment.

Quotes, documents and support

Compare offers using the same specification, quantity, currency, quotation date, destination and delivery basis. Freight, taxes, documents and service costs may differ from unit equipment price. Resolve exclusions in writing. Public references on this website support vocabulary and procurement preparation, not supplier endorsement or proof of performance.

FREE sourcing support and any up to 3% benefit remain subject to the eligibility explanation shown with the component. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after review of product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements. No universal price reduction is represented.
